Why am I seeing the message "There are no documents for this data. Please check the data you provided."


This message means that there are no travel documents available for the data you entered. Please check again if the booking number you entered is correct. In case it is, please contact your tour operator.




Why am I seeing the message "Unable to connect to our system. Please check your internet connection."?


The connection between your phone and our servers, which are hosting your travel documents, cannot be established. Either your phone has no internet connections or your servers are disconnected from the internet. This can happen during maintenance timeframes. Please check your interenet connection, if this works please try again later.




Why can I not see my current position on my Android device?


Please check three settings: 1) Ist Android's location service activated?

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Touch and hold Location
2) Does the app have the permission to use the location service?
  1. On your phone, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps .
  3. Tap the app you want to change. If you can't find it, first tap See all apps or App info.
  • Tap Permissions.

  • If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you’ll find them here.




Why can I not see my current position on my Apple device?


Please check three settings: 1) Is the location service of the device activated?

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
  2. Make sure that Location Services is on.
2) Does the app have the permission to use the app ?
  1. Scroll down to find the app.
  2. Tap the app and select the option "While using the App"
3) Did you active the positioning on the map? The app shows your current position on the map only after you tap the navigation button on the bottom right.




How can I make sure I have the most current app version on my Android device?


Most devices are configured to update all apps automatically once it has a wifi connection. Check the settings to make sure this is the case on your device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of your screen.
  3. Tap „Settings.“
  4. Tap „Auto-update apps.“




How can I make sure I have the most current app version on my iPhone?


Most devices install updates automatically. To find out if this is the case for your device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Find the toggle button "Auto AUpdates"

  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the app to update .
