Today, we’re rolling out a redesigned Guidebook Management Interface that makes working with guidebooks faster, clearer, and more collaborative than ever.
Alongside visual and structural improvements, this release introduces B2B Comments — a new way for operators to communicate updates directly to partners and resellers, right where the guidebook is managed.
Header Image Collection
The large, left-aligned image defines the visual identity of your guidebook. It serves as the title image and can be updated at any time in the settings section.
All additional images are automatically selected from your guidebook assets. These support the overall visual impression without affecting the public-facing title image — giving you flexibility without extra effort.

New Content Overview
The new content overview provides a clear, at-a-glance summary of what’s inside your guidebook. You’ll instantly see:
• The geographic scope on the map
• Destinations and key content elements
• Asset metrics such as routes, stages, POIs, and accommodations
This overview helps you quickly validate completeness and structure — before publishing or sharing with partners.

Guidebook Settings
The settings section brings all core guidebook controls into one place. From here, you can:
• Manage publishing status and visibility
• Define custom IDs and tags
• Set languages and branding options
• See which partners the guidebook is shared with
Everything essential for administration, sharing, and governance — without digging through menus.

Channel Manager
The Channel Manager lets you control where and how each guidebook is published. Configure channel-specific settings for:
• The Tour Guide App
• PDF Roadbook
• GPX exports
• Webshop TourMaps
Each channel can be activated, reviewed, and published independently — ensuring the right output for every use case.

Traveler Feedback
This section gives you direct access to all traveler feedback related to the guidebook.
See messages, locations, timestamps, and status in one consolidated view — making it easier to identify issues, spot patterns, and continuously improve the traveler experience.

B2B Comments
With B2B Comments, guidebook owners can share internal and external updates directly within the guidebook. Comments can be:
Used internally for team coordination
Shared with resellers and partners
Automatically distributed via the GUIBO Network
When shared, partners receive email notifications — ensuring important updates don’t get missed and alignment stays high across all stakeholders.

Release Summary
The release summary provides a clear overview of all releases generated from this guidebook.
