New itinerary builder & new guidebook B2B sharing

Today we’re releasing our new itinerary builder that makes managing guidebooks easier than ever before. Additionally, we’re releasing new B2B features that help tour providers easily share data for reselling purposes. In summary:
Access the new content builder easily from the guidebook's homepage
The features "structure", "texts", "geodata" and "weblinks" are now deprecated but still available to allow for a smooth transition to the new content builder.
You can now easily share guidebooks with B2B partners while having full control over what you want to share. Available sharing options as of now: (1) TourMaps for webshop integration, (2) GPX files, (3) Demo Booking with release link.
Easily share guidebooks with external users (none-GUIBO) via e-mail. Your sharing partners can access the data without a paid GUIBO account.
New Content Builder
The new Content Builder gives you a complete view of your guidebook — from geodata to text — all in one place. Managing guidebooks is now faster, clearer, and easier than ever before. All editing tasks can now be done directly in the Content Builder. The new Content Builder replaces these legacy modules: Structure, Texts, Geodata, and Weblinks.
👉 Legacy modules are still available for now to allow a smooth transition. We recommend switching gradually, since they will eventually be phased out.
Key improvements
Unified guidebook view - See all elements of your guidebook – geodata, text pages, web links – in a single structured layout.
Create & import content more easily - Create and import new geodata or text pages directly from within the Content Builder. Directly choose whether to save it in the guidebook or in a library for reuse.
Multilingual support made easy - It’s now much faster to change language settings for category and content names.
New map styling - including waymarked trails and numbered‑node cycle networks.
Markers easy to import - Find destinations, interim steps and stage towns with a single click for the currently visible map sheet
More space - Collapse the main menu for more space
Drag & drop everywhere - rearrange and sort routes, POIs, and text content freely.👉 Right now, text page drag & drop is not available, as this would generate conflicts with PDF roadbooks. With the next update, this will be resolved.
New Guidebook B2B Sharing
With our new B2B sharing options, it’s easier than ever to provide guidebook data to your resellers — always kept up to date, without back‑and‑forth emails from season to season.
Key improvements
Full control sharing - Control exactly what you want to share with any of your GUIBO or none-GUIBO partners: TourMaps for webshops, GPX files or a booking preview with a demo release link.
All partner sharings at a glance - see all shared guidebooks between you and your partners in one view.
Easy data access for your partners - they receive immediate access to what you have shared.
E-Mail notifications - get notified about new guidebook sharings from your partners. 👉 Configure this under Account Settings > Network Settings.

Some minor features are still being rolled out. If you’re missing something from the legacy tools, please let us know via our support system. We’re updating the new content builder and our B2B features continuously.
