This feature is now available across the GUIBO App and all white-label variants. Whether the hotel is tucked away in a quiet side street or just off the main path, we’ve bridged the gap between the trail and the check-in desk.

How It Works: Seamless Arrival

The app now intelligently monitors the traveler’s progress in relation to their booked stay. The process is fully automated to keep the user focused on the experience, not the map:

1. Smart Detection: When the traveler nears the end of their planned route or passes close to their assigned accommodation, the app identifies the proximity.

2. The Proactive Dialog: A prompt appears asking if the traveler would like to navigate directly to their hotel.

3. Dynamic Routing: Upon acceptance, the app instantly calculates a new route from the traveler's current GPS position to the hotel entrance and continues the navigation session seamlessly.

Prerequisites for Activation

To ensure this feature triggers correctly for your users, please verify the following:

• Accommodation Data: Ensure specific accommodations have been added to your current release.

• Proximity: Confirm that accommodations are located within 10 km of the day’s planned route.

• Stage Assignment: Assign a specific destination to each stage to help the algorithm link the correct accommodation to the stage.

• Feature Activation: Enable the "Automatic route calculation to hotel" toggle within your account settings.
